Coding & Coaching
Research shows that Motivational Interviewing is best learned via one on one feedback and coaching. Adam can offer your organization individualized coaching and feedback in order to help your practitioners.
Adam is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Illinois and member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT). For nearly 15 years he has worked as a counselor in a variety of settings and most recently has been working in an outpatient private practice.
